Join Steps Toward Reconciliation on Saturday March 22, 2025 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Millennium Exhibition Centre.
This is an immersive and interactive workshop where participants will have the chance to explore the Indigenous Peoples Atlas of Canada by way of a giant floor map. This workshop will be facilitated by Kerri Keffer and Mick Friesen and is sponsored in part by the Town of Altona and Sun Valley Co-op. Following the event, there will be an optional sharing circle.
This is a free event, however participation is limited, so please register soon by emailing stepsaltona@gmail.com. Participants will be asked to remove their footwear to explore the map.
