Jordan left Altona to attend Providence University College and graduated with a B.A. Honors Degree in Business Administration and Agriculture.  During his time there he was involved in Student Leadership, served on faculty hiring committees, and organized on-air policy debates during the 2011 provincial election.  He earned the Manitoba Student Entrepreneur Champion award in 2011 and 2013.  He continued to be involved in provincial and federal governance through attending Mennonite Central Committee’s student seminar in Ottawa and through serving as a board member for the Emerson PC Association.

In 2016 Jordan moved into Altona and has been working at Greenvalley Equipment as a Precision Agriculture Specialist.  He continues to be involved in the community through practicing English with newcomers at English CafĂ©, and in 2018 was pleased to be elected to serve as Altona Town Councillor. Jordan was re-elected to Council in 2022.
