The considerate, caring people of Altona want to help. Whether you have a spiritual, social or financial need, a hobby or special area of interest, our local groups, organizations, clubs and programs are there to provide guidance and support.

Churches are an integral part of the community. Worship services are complemented by social activities, music, study and youth activities. Altona offers a variety of churches serving the spiritual needs of area residents.

Altona Seniors Citizen Club

The club is an organization that is primarily involved in providing a building and facilities for social and recreational purposes. There is a $10.00 annual membership fee.

Altona & District Heritage Research Centre

The Altona & District Heritage Research Centre Inc. (Altona Archive) was formed in 1999 as a non-profit Corporation in order to preserve and make available for research materials relating to the story of the communities, organizations and people of southern Manitoba.
