i) First offence – $25.00

ii) Second offence in 12 months – $50.00

iii) Third offence in 12 months – $100.00

b) The fee payable for towing and impounding a vehicle under the traffic by-law is the actual costs plus $25.00

a) The fees payable for the towing and storage of a derelict vehicle is the actual costs plus – $25.00

b) The fee payable for the destruction of a derelict vehicle is – $25.00

c.) The fee payable for a derelict vehicle licence is – $75.00

a.) Per Officer – per hour – $75.00

b.) One Officer and vehicle per hour – $100.00

a.) Criminal Record Checks – $20.00

No charge for volunteers of non-profit organizations with supporting request letter

b.) Finger printing – $40.00

c.) Non – criminal document requests – Actual costs/minimum charge of $10.00 per page

a) Dog licences:

The annual fees payable for dog licences are as follows:

i) For each male dog, one-time fee of – $25.00

ii) For each female dog, one time fee of – $25.00

iii) For each spayed female dog or neutered male dog – one time fee – $20.00

iv) Replacement of lost dog licence – $5.00

v) Service dog – No charge

b) Cat Licences

i) For each male cat, one time fee of – $25.00

ii) For each female cat, one time fee of – $25.00

iii) For each spayed female cat or neutered male cat – one time fee – $20.00

iv) Replacement of lost cat licence – $5.00

c) Contravention of By-law:

The fee payable for the contravention of the animal control by-law is as follows:

i) First offence, licensed animal – $25.00

ii) First offence unlicensed animal $25.00 license +$75.00

ii) Second offence in 12 months – $100.00

iii) Third offence in 12 months – $125.00

d) Impoundment

The fee for the impoundment of dogs and cats are as follows:

i) Per day or part thereof

Dogs – $20.00

Cats – $20.00

ii) Veterinary fees – cats and dogs – actual costs plus $25.00
